Stoffel Analytics

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 23, 2026

This policy explains how Stoffel Labs uses information when you visit the Stoffel Analytics landing page atanalytics.stoffelmpc.com. It applies to this website and its landing-page forms, not to third-party websites that we link to.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may receive:

How we use information

Analytics design

PostHog and the X pixel load when the page opens unless you previously declined. The banner lets you stop future analytics and advertising measurement; declining records your choice and reloads the page without those tags. An initial pageview or related technical information may already have been sent before you make that choice. The LinkedIn Insight Tag and the Tally embed load only after you allow them, while following an early-access link can open Tally directly. The static LinkedIn image fallback is not used because it cannot respect that consent gate. PostHog runs with general autocapture and session recording disabled. Heatmap collection is enabled across this site's pages to produce aggregate click, movement, and scroll visualizations. We also send a defined set of pageview, experiment, engagement, web-vitals, and page-leave events. PostHog may process technical and approximate-location properties attached to those events. The site respects a browser Do Not Track signal when PostHog receives one. The analytics browser configuration uses local storage rather than a tracking cookie for its own persistence.

The analytics service is separate from the protected product-analytics architecture described on this page. This public landing page still uses ordinary website analytics for reach and conversion measurement; that does not mean the page is free of all tracking or that any legal obligation is automatically satisfied.

Third-party services

We use PostHog for website analytics, Tally for the early-access form, X for advertising measurement when the X pixel is enabled, and LinkedIn for advertising measurement after you select Allow. These providers may process information in accordance with their own policies and may operate infrastructure in countries other than where you live. We also link to Stoffel Labs, documentation, GitHub, and other external sites; their privacy practices are their own.

Retention and sharing

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to the retention settings and operational policies of the relevant service provider. We do not sell personal information. We limit access to people and service providers who need it for the purposes described in this policy, security, legal compliance, or a business transition.

Your choices and rights

You can use the banner's Decline control to stop future analytics and advertising measurement, decline to submit the early-access form, block or delete cookies, use browser privacy controls, or enable Do Not Track where your browser supports it. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. To make a request, contact Stoffel Labs through stoffelmpc.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information where the law permits or requires it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site, providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
